Wusthof is a family owned and operated business that was founded in Solingen, Germany in 1814 and has been family operated for 7 generations. The employ 350 people.

Polyoxymethylene (POM) is an engineering thermoplastic used in precision parts requiring high stiffness, low friction, and excellent dimensional stability. CLEANING AND STORING OF YOUR KNIVES
